- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on .NET, React, and Azure.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Cosmos DB), and DevOps practices.
- Platform Skills: Experience with Azure cloud platform and cloud-native development. Solid understanding of software design patterns and principles.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire other engineers.
